Document Storage & Maintenance Reporting
For tenants
Tenant Vault is the best way to keep your tenants in the loop. When a report is created via our inventory software Agent Vault, the tenant can log in to Tenant Vault, make comments, agree to items within the report and digitally sign them. The tenant then has access to any important documents related to their property, such as EPC certificates, rental agreements, other property reports like property visits and quick links to contact details, etc.

From Tenant Vault, the tenant can also report any maintenance issues in one of two ways. Either you can integrate your existing FixFlo account or use our very own maintenance reporting tool, Maintenance Vault (coming soon).

Cloud-based Delivery of Reports
Any reports created via Agent Vault will be sent directly to the tenant to view and keep safe via Tenant Vault.

Tenant Vault is a completely white-label solution for your lettings team to have it's own branded app at a fraction of the costs of designing and developing it yourself.

The tenant can make comments, agree or disagree to items on the reports and digitally sign from their phone.
