Document storage & maintenance reporting for tenants.

Tenant Vault is the best way to keep your tenants in the loop. When a report is created via our inventory software Agent Vault, the tenant can log in to Tenant Vault, make comments, agree to items within the report, and digitally sign them. The tenant then has access to any important documents related to their property like EPC certificates, rental agreements, other property reports like property visits and quick links to contact details, etc.

From Tenant Vault the tenant can also report any maintenance issues via one of two ways. Either you can integrate your existing FixFlo account or use our very own maintenance reporting tool, Maintenance Vault (coming soon).

Any reports created via Agent Vault will be sent directly to the tenant to view and keep safe via Tenant Vault.

Tenant Vault is linked directly to Agent Vault, so when any updates are made to your tenant's documents, property info or personal details they're kept up to date for the tenant also.
